Communications and Engagement Manager

Day Rate: £450-£550 outside IR35

A renowned global E-commerce company is hiring a part time contract Communications and Engagement Manager for 3 days a week. The contractor should be committed to delivering a consistent message to engage the wider business (across 20 countries) as they deliver 10+ transformation programmes.

As a Communications and Engagement Manager, the selected consultant will win the hearts and minds of the wider business at senior leadership and junior/entry level as the company embraces this transformation. Using techniques such as video content, podcasts, storytelling, town halls, etc.

The Communications and Engagement Manager will work closely with the Chief Transformation Director and a smaller comms team to execute the predefined strategy, creating the communications content that will help create strategic change via change groups and change agents across the wider business.

• Developing and executing communication strategies in Tandem with the company's transformation strategy
• Supervising the optimisation of all platforms, encompassing social media, email marketing, and website management
• Assessing the current standing of internal teams to implement necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
• Monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to refine digital communication campaigns continually.
• Effectively communicating the company's purpose, values, and vision to all teams in an engaging manner.
• Demonstrating examples of transformation projects to drive successful outcomes.
