Technical Document Author - SC Cleared (Contract)

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Utilities sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Technical Author on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be supporting the formatting and ensuring quality of the production of the documents, in particular helping with the technical elements of word templates, SharePoint sync issues and mail merging.

Key Skills:

- Formats, edits and styles complex Microsoft Word documents at an advanced level including application of styles, large input tables and Table of Contents.

- Knowledge of mail merge would be useful, but not essential.

- Interacts and communicates with teams to discuss issues and identify the best approach to applying fixes.

- Attention to detail

- Has a flexible approach to work and is able to work at pace to tight deadlines
